Before Forma, Elia co-founded Parallel Brands, was Global CEO of Wanda Owned Propaganda Entertainment and spent 17 years at Endeavor, where he built and led the Brand Ventures business.

Mary is Partner and CSO at Cashmere and also a General Partner at Forma Capital. With a career anchored in professional football and a lifetime passion for health and wellness, Mary is passionate about investing in influential brands, shaping the future. Mary is the current Chair of the Board and Life Trustee of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation; a $1.2 billion dollar grant making foundation.

Ari is a Partner at the Cashmere Fund. In addition Ari leads Alternative Investments at OCM Private Wealth, overseeing amongst other vehicles, the Alternative Opportunities Fund, a portfolio with allocations across PE, Real Estate, Credit, Infrastructure, and VC. Previously, he was a partner at Zukin Partners, co-leading investment banking engagements and serving as family office principal.

Josh was previously VP of Sports Marketing, Corporate Partnerships and Business Development for New Era Cap, where he was responsible for all sponsorships, partnerships and new business.

His experience spans venture capital, fintech, and strategic advisory, working with leading global corporations and high-growth startups.

She is also a financial media personality and hosts a daily stock market news show.

Nick Phelps
Chief Marketing Officer

Nick leads marketing at Cashmere, overseeing brand strategy and execution. He brings experience from top global agencies including WPP, Droga5, Endeavor, and Anomaly, where his work has earned Cyber, Gold, Titanium, and Grand Prix Cannes Lions awards. Outside of agency leadership, Nick has built an 8-figure business with Dwayne Johnson, spearheaded a No. 1 Super Bowl campaign, and is currently launching a new sportswear brand.
